Folding pop-up products can be tricky. If you just try and wing the pack-up without learning a correct technique, you can end up wrestling the tent, frustrated that its not as easy as it looks and even get the frame twisted.

That’s why we created two easy-to-follow video tutorials showing the simplest ways to fold our tents. Watch them, practice at home, and you’ll be a folding pro before your next trip to the beach or park with little ones in tow.

1. As soon as your tent arrives, open it up and check that it is standing up straight and looks symmetrical- never attempt to fold-up a wonky tent- it can damage it.

2.If your tent looks wonky/twisted- reach out to us ASAP for support.

3. Equally, if you are having trouble learning the pack down, please get in touch ASAP- We are happy to provide support.

4. If you ever forget the pack down technique whilst out and need a refresher, there is a QR code on the care label of the tent bag which you can scan to rewatch the folding tutorials.

5. To ensure you don't void your 12-month warranty- please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your tent to notify us of any folding issues or faults.
