We get it... we were nervous about the fold-up at first too! Because pop-up products are notoriously known to be tricky. We realised this was because no one offers adequate tutorials, like you get with your baby stroller or car seat.

At first it can definitely be tricky, but if you take time to watch our folding tutorial and have a few practice runs at home (before you hit the beach or park with kids in tow), you'll be a folding pro in no time.

1. There's a folding brochure in the front pocket of your tent bag with a QR code. Watch our folding tutorial and take time to practice at home before heading out.

2. Check your tent is standing straight and looks symmetrical- never attempt to fold-up a wonky tent- it can damage it.

3.If your tent looks wonky/twisted- watch our troubleshooting video to straighten out the twisted frame.

4. If you are having trouble learning the pack down, please get in touch ASAP- We are happy to provide support.

5. To ensure you don't void your 12-month warranty- please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your tent to notify us of any folding issues or faults.
