We created our pop-up sun shelters to make outdoor time easier and safer for families.

Once we receive your order, we’ll ship it within 3 business days and send you an email once it’s on the way. As a small business, processing times may take a little longer (up to 7 days) during busy sales periods.
After shipping, standard tracked delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

Taking Care
During use: Never leave little ones unattended in the tent. This product is designed solely for sun shelter and should be folded away in windy conditions.
After use: After each use, make sure the tent fabric is completely dry before storing away. We suggest reopening the tent once you get home and either leaving it in the sun to dry, or patting down any damp surfaces with a cloth to absorb any remaining moisture. Then, pop it into its carrier bag and store indoors until next time.
In-between use: To clean your tent, spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soapy water before leaving to dry in the sun. Avoid contact with any chemicals and chlorinated water as much as possible.
Our tents are handmade by a human not a machine so slight imperfections will occur. If you find a loose thread or slightly uneven label please remember that and have some grace that just like parenting, we can't allways achieve perfection.

We designed our sun shelter for effortless coming and going, because when the adventure winds down, packing up with the kids should be quick and simple.

How should I clean and store my tent?
To clean your tent, spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soapy water before leaving to dry in the sun. Avoid contact with any chemicals and chlorinated water. How do I fold up my tent?
Pop up tents are tricky to fold if you don't know how and can be damaged if done incorrectly.
Please refer to our folding tutorial to learn a fool proof folding method and have a practice run at home in peace before attempting to do it at the beach with little ones in tow.
If using a correct method it should be super easy. If you are struggling it means something is not quite right. Reach out to us and we will be more than happy to help troubleshoot with you.
How do I secure my tent to the ground?
Depends where you are!
We've designed the tents with open side pockets that can be easily filled with sand if you're at the beach.
If you're somewhere with grass or dirt, just use any four standard camping tent pegs to secure the corners to the ground.
My tent poles seem a little bent and its difficult to pack down?
This happens when you fold up the tent incorrectly and the poles twist in their 'sleeve' and get stuck. This is why we stress that you don't try and wing the fold. Please open your tent as soon as it arrives and have a practice run at home using our folding tutorial.
If you do manage to have someone unfortunately fold your tent incorrectly and twist it please do not try to fold it- this will make it worse. Please reach out to us and we can try help you troubleshoot and get the poles back into the correct location.
